Booking Terms & Process

By submitting a travel request through Aqua Tours, you enter into an agreement bound by these Terms & Conditions. After reviewing your request, our tour specialists will customize your itinerary and send you a detailed booking voucher outlining the services, pricing, and any specific conditions.

Once you confirm your itinerary, Aqua Tours will proceed with the reservation of accommodations, transport, and listed services. Your confirmation indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.

Payment Policy

Day Tours (No Hotels or Flights):

  • Standard periods: 25% deposit within 7 days of confirmation.

  • Peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter): 50% deposit required.

  • Remaining balance: Due at least 2 days before arrival or upon arrival in cash.

Travel Packages (Including Hotels/Flights):

  • 25% deposit due within 7 days.

  • 50% deposit in peak season.

  • Balance due 30 days before arrival.

  • If booked less than 61 days before arrival: full payment due within 14 days.

Modifications to Bookings

Changes to the itinerary can be requested and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for changes such as upgraded accommodations, increased group size, or ticket alterations.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your booking, contact Aqua Tours via email or phone. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date prior to your arrival in Egypt:

  • Day Tours: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.

  • Travel Packages:

    • 61+ days: 15% of total

    • 60–30 days: 25%

    • 29–15 days: 50%

    • 14–7 days: 80%

    • 6–1 day: 100%

Note: Airline penalties and a 5% bank processing fee apply on all refunds.

Force Majeure Clause

In cases beyond our control — including war, political unrest, airline schedule changes, natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather — Aqua Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel services. We are not liable for any resulting additional costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank’s processing terms.

Complaints Handling

If you experience any issues during your tour, report them immediately to your guide or local representative. We aim to resolve all matters on-site. If unresolved, please contact us by email. We respond within 14 business days.

Travel Documents & Insurance

  • A valid passport (minimum 6 months before expiration) is required.

  • Visa on arrival is available for many nationalities, but please check with your nearest Egyptian consulate.

  • Health requirements may vary; consult a medical professional for vaccinations.

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised.
