Booking agreement:
All the booking agreements between the Customer and Aqua Tours are subject to the following booking conditions
Once we receive your request our tour operator will contact you to customize the itinerary according to your wish list then you will be sent a voucher detailing all the costs due
By accepting the offer and making the booking, the customer has understood and accepted on behalf on himself and all the members of his party the terms and conditions of Aqua Tours. Once we receive the customer confirmation of the itinerary, we will book all the accommodation and travel services cited in the itinerary.
Payment, Changing & Cancellation Policy:
Payment Policy:
For day tours: Â
For any day tours that don’t require a booking of accommodation or flight, Aqua Tours requires a deposit of 25% of the voucher payable within 7 days of the confirmation date, and during the peak seasons (Christmas, New Year & Easter) a deposit 50% is required, then the remaining balance can be paid two days before arrival date or in cash upon arrival.
For Travel Packages
Aqua Tours requires a deposit of 25% of the voucher payable within 7 days of the confirmation date, and during the peak seasons (Christmas, New Year & Easter) a deposit of 50% is required, then the remaining balance can be paid 30 days before the arrival date, and if you booked your tour less than 61 days before arrival you have to pay the full amount 2 weeks from the confirmation date.
Changing the booking:
If you would to change any part in the confirmed itinerary it will be according to the availability and any surcharge due to this change should be paid as the change of room type, change number of people, re-ticketing, etc.
Cancellation Policy:
in case you wish to cancel your tour/holiday for whatever reason, you have to notify us by email or phone as soon as possible. The cancellation charges are calculated on the day before your arrival date in Egypt as the following:
Day tours (free flight & Accommodation): free cancellation up to 48 hours before the day of the tour
Travel Packages:
Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines’ terms and conditions, and there’s also a 5% bank fee on refunds.
Force Majeure:
Aqua tour reserves the right to change or cancel your tour/holiday if forced to do so due to the unusual situations outside our control like the rescheduling or cancellation of hotels and airlines, war, civil conflict, natural disasters, bad weather, epidemics and other types of force majeure. We don’t cover any extra costs because of these issues
Refunds
All refunds will be performed through the same account, in the same original payment method.
Dealing with Complaints:
If in the unlikely event you have a complaint whilst on the tour, please don’t hesitate to inform the representative or the guide immediately as they will do their best to solve it, as we will accept all responsibility if the cause is due to fault on our part or that of our suppliers.
If the problem is still unsolved during the tour please email us, and we will reply within 14 days of receiving your email
Travel documents, health requirements, and insurance
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the correct travel documents. Egypt requires visitors to have a visa. Please check with the nearest Egyptian consulate office for information concerning visas. In most cases, you can obtain a visa upon arrival if you have a passport that remains valid for at least 6 months after the departure date from Egypt. Regarding health requirements, please contact a specialist vaccination center for details of the measures you must take before departure. It is important and we strongly advise you to take out sufficient insurance that is adequate for your needs.
