Itinerary

The Aqua Tours guide will pick you up from your hotel in the morning and guide you to the Giza Plateau which is the site of the famous Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos, and Sphinx which guards the sandy desert. You will enjoy the view during the drive and there will be a stop at a viewpoint for photographs. Camel rides can also be organized for a short ride round the pyramids.

Then you will visit Sakkara, the burial site of Memphis, to see the Step Pyramid of King Djoser. It was the first stone building ever to be built. The tombs of nobles, decorated with lively scenes from daily life are also to be seen. Afterwards, you may have an optional lunch at a local restaurant with a view of the pyramids, before heading off to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), which houses the world's greatest collection of Egyptian antiquities, including all the treasures of Tutankhamun, royal statues and other works of art which span 5,000 years of history. By the end of the day you will be back at your hotel.
