Itinerary

Day One: Arrival in the Land of the Pharaohs

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport an Aqua Tours guide will facilitate the passport control formalities and luggage before having the clients accompanied to the hotel for check in. In the evening, do not miss out on a Nile dinner cruise with cultural entertainment such as the belly dance performance and the spinning dance known as Tanoura dance performance. At the end of this fascinating tour, go back to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight accommodation.

Day Two: Giza Pyramids ,Grand Egyptian Museum and Egyptian Museum

Begin your tour in Egypt with a breakfast in the hotel then our Aqua Tours representative will come to pick you from your hotel to and then meeting a professional guide. Start the tour at Giza Pyramids Complex that comprises of the three pyramids; the Great Pyramid of Khufu with a height of 138.5 meters and the only one remaining of the seven wonders of the antique age. The Great Sphinx I have been to and which may depict pharaoh Khafre and valley temple which is the temple where the pharaohs were mummified. Day Three: Witness the Glory of Ancient Luxor

Wake up fresh with a wonderful breakfast before going to discover Luxor’s main landmarks with our Aqua Tours representative. In the Valley of the Kings, Egyptian great pharaohs’ burial site, visit intricately decorated tombs as harbingers of that grandeur of the New Kingdom. Arise to a sight at the Temple of Hatshepsut, an awe-inspiring architectural wonder, paying tribute to Egypt’s strongest queen located in the Deir El Bahari cliffs. Visit the Colossi of Memnon, the monumental statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, marvel at them before catching a wonderful scenic boat trip on the Nile with an island lunch. Finish your tour at the Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built, adorned with colossal status, towering columns and the avenue of Sphinxes. After witnessing a day’s worth of history and breathtaking views, return to your hotel in Luxor and an overnight stay is in order.

Day Four: The Scenic Splendors of Aswan

You can start your day with it a magnificent breakfast before our Aqua Tours driver will come to pick you from your hotel . Take first class rail to Aswan and board awaiting private Egyptologist guide to guide you through the main landmarks. Forming the vast Lake Nasser, the Nile’s flow is controlled by one of the modern world’s great engineering marvels the Aswan High Dam from where we start. Then, head to Unfinished Obelisk, an enormous granite monument ordered by Queen Hatshepsut which was not completed because of a structural crack revealing ancient Egyptian stone work. Spend time enjoying a nice lunch at a local restaurant and spend time at the gorgeous Philae Temple which is dedicated to the goddess Isis. An intricate carving that tells the timeless legend of Osiris, Isis, and Set is preserved in this beautifully preserved temple and moved to Agilkia Island. End a day of exploration by going to a hotel in Aswan to spend a soothing night.

Day Five: Abu Simbel Temples

Discover the awe-inspiring Abu Simbel Temples, built by King Ramses II (1279–1213 BC), are waiting to be discovered there. This is a golden masterpiece of Egypt as it shows the Battle of Kadesh, a decisive battle that represented a turning point in history, as it was the world’s first recorded peace treaty. It is during the Sun Festival that the statues of Amun, Ptah and Ra-Horakhty are lit up by the rising sun, which is aligned with the inner sanctum each and every year. Return to Aswan and have a very nice lunch at a local restaurant afterward. From Aswan, fly back to Cairo and upon arrival you’ll be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day Six: Departure – Farewell Egypt

For your last day, breakfast at your hotel. Then you will be taken by our Aqua Tours representative to the airport to depart. Have unforgettable memories of your journey through Egypt
